The Hype on Bohyme Hair

Bohyme is the first manufacturer of remi (cuticle) hair, and is the highest-grade human hair available on the market. Each 4 oz order comes from one individual and its cuticles are uni-directional.The hair is sectioned and allowed to fall into its natural growing pattern.

The hair is then cut and carefully sewn to maintain the natural cuticle direction so matting and tangling are virtually eliminated.Bohyme’s Remi Hair combines the highest quality hair with the finest processing. The processing is done by hand, in small batches and with no machinery. All natural food grade ingredients are used and not harsh chemicals such as acidic solvents. Also, they use no high heating oven which dries hair during the process.

Only about 1 percent of the hair collected is qualified as Remi hair. The Remi hair is very soft yet resilient, long lasting and lays tangle free every time.

I've personally never worn it because of the price associated with it. $110.00 and up depending on where you live!!!!!!!!

  1. Bohyme Hair is the truth!
I have been a customer for over a year and will never go back to wearing anything else again. Prior to that I was a Milky Way Platinum consumer. Bohyme is a bit pricey but worth it if you are getting a sew in and want to keep it in 6-8 weeks. Seriously! And the hair can be used for up to six months. I use my hair twice and then toss it out. So that's two sew ins that each last about 6-8 weeks. You must take care of it though as most hair. Regular shampooing with the right shampoo, do not apply oil or grease, get the ends trimmed and you will have no problem. It does shed a bit like all hair but you won't get riduculous tangles that tear the hair off the weft. It is well worth it in my opinion!

    1. Hi there. I just got bohyme 14 & 16 in French Wave, and I am in LOVE!! :) never have I had such rich and voluminous hair before. You advised not to use oil. What about Mizani supreme oil? I typically use that on my weaves as well as real hai, and it always restores moisture and shine. I only apply it like once or twice a week, mostly as needed. Would that be OK for this type of hair?

Conditioners: I use ORS replenishing conditioner, Hair mayo (for protein) Aphogee Reconstructor (for protein) or Silk Elements Deep Conditioner (moisture)

  5. One of my friends turned me on to Bohyme Egyptian Wave hair 2 months ago, and it still looks amazing. I will never go back to wearing any other hair. It's pricey, but it is well worth it! The Bohyme shampoo and conditioner are pricey as well, but it extends the life of the hair, both are a good investment
