BAGGY THOSE PONYTAILS LADIES!
I wore my hair in a bun for three days straight...like the one you see above. Underneath the ponytail I baggied my hair.
What is a baggy you say?
Baggying is a way to protect and moisturize your ends while you do various protective styles such as phony ponytails and buns. You moisturize your hair, seal with the oil of your choice, and place a plastic bag over your head. You can leave it like that for a couple of hours or overnight.
I baggied with some coconut oil, placed a plastic bag around my ponytail with a rubber band, and secured it. I placed the phony ponytail over the plastic bag and viola!!!
Baggying helps maintain and keep your ends healthy. This is ESSENTIAL to retaining length.
