My Hair Journey....It's Not Going Well

Because of the lupus, I have sores all in the front of my hair, where my hair is thinning drastically. Such a shame too. When I take my hair down, more and more hair falls onto my pillow, down to the floor.

Not sure what I can do about it. I just keep buying more and more wigs. I have been able to grow my daughter's hair out though beautifully. I guess I'm living through her long hair dreams.
